Activities: 61Be responsible and support Department Manager to develop ATL communication strategy fully align with MS global/APMO/China’s business strategy, to maintain brand awareness and support TLC business goals. 61Fully responsible for communication under global project, include but not limit to Notolub (media strategy for brand awareness), develop yearly media plan proposal and implement accordingly after validation 61Fully responsible for brand awareness tracking program under global project, include but not limit to Barometer, support management read the reports, consolidate key messages and develop action plans. 61Closely track all advertisement related spending with cost efficiency analysis, keep management updated with latest liquidation respect to budget placement. 61Closely track all advertisement related spending with cost efficiency analysis, keep management updated with latest liquidation respect to budget placement. 61Clearly grasp the company VI guideline, keep the consistency of the VI guideline permeating in all ATL communication, all brand logos, marks and key elements in both English and Chinese fully aligned with global norms and secure the trademark related issues. 61Fully align with HQ/APMO guidelines and local advertisement law ®ulation for all communication content. 61Work closely with global & local creative agency, design concept briefing and exchanging to work out the norms and advertisement & competition kits under global contract or programs, feed creatives for BTL & social activities. 61In charge of PR releasing fully respect to reporting line with proper legal & compliance alignment for contents 61Work closely with communication team in MS China, APMO & global team, ensure TLC are up-to-date on all ad-hoc topics and activities sharing & participation. Qualifications: 61Bachelor or above degree in advertisement, Marketing or related disciplines with a master degree as a plus 61Minimum 3-5 years of marketing & communication experience, especially in brand image and media field. 61Highly-initiative, with excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 61Detail-oriented, energetic, passionate, self-motivated and supportive thinking. 61Excellent both in oral and written English and Mandarin, and presentation skills 61Well skilled in Office PC software and tools. 61Has a basic knowledge of HSE, knows and applies Golden Rules in his/her line of work, knows how to report an HSE
