Role Overview: As a Vans Producer for the APAC region, you will spearhead the creation of compelling visual content that embodies the Vans brand ethos while addressing regional market demands. This role requires a dynamic leader to manage end-to-end production processes, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with creative standards, timelines, and budgetary goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end production management for APAC-led projects, including product photography, lifestyle shoots, and video content, ensuring all deliverables align with Vans brand guidelines and regional market requirements. - Production Execution: Oversee all logistical elements, including budget allocation, talent casting, location scouting, set design, wardrobe styling, and on-site shoot coordination. ‘ - Creative Collaboration with Talent & Partners: Identify, negotiate with, and onboard local photographers, videographers, directors, and influencers to execute high-quality content.Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with creatives, community figures, and vendors to foster a network of trusted collaborators. - Storytelling expertise: Understand how to craft compelling visual narratives that resonate with target audiences and align with Vans brand identity. - Workflow Optimization: Develop and maintain detailed production timelines, proactively addressing risks to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource efficiency and creative output. - Content Quality Assurance: Evaluate marketplace locally produced content for brand consistency, cultural relevance, and alignment with campaign objectives. Provide actionable feedback to enhance quality. - Innovation & Trend Integration: Monitor emerging fashion trends, production technologies, and digital content innovations. Champion creative experimentation to elevate Vans’ visual storytelling across APAC markets.
Asset Management - Ensure all copyrights (images, ads, artwork...) are always covered and that assets are used accordingly. - Organize and upload assets to internal sharing platform at regular basis to always ensure artwork availability.

Functional Competencies – - Strong knowledge of production management, production equipment, set management, postproduction. - Knowledge of Design software such as Adobe Creative suite: Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects is preferred.
Experience
- A deep understanding of the Vans brand and the action sport/lifestyle industry - 5+ years of experience in Production management, with a strong focus on product& lifestyle photography and video contents. Action sports and lifestyle content production experience will be a plus.
