职位描述
Job Purpose
Responsible for meeting sales targets (orders & shipments) for assigned RA products and services within nominated accounts as well as leading business projects to achieve RA growth within nominated accounts.

KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Order/Billing Target and number of new Accounts per AOP at Account Manager level.

Key Responsibilities
DO
- Focus on process EU headquarters and EPC/M Eco. development;
- Generate and develop relationships with new or dormant customers in assigned territories or industries.
- Make comprehensive sales plan for new or dormant customers in the specific territory or industry.
- Make daily sales calls to new or dormant customers in specific territory or industry
- Develop prospect list for sales opportunities.
- Maintain active funnel to satisfy sales targets.
- Qualify, follow through, and close the qualified sales opportunities for assigned territories or industries.
- Work with market access partners during the keep, find, close process.
- Coordinate and communicate cross-region project information with other Account Managers in other branches.

Job related competencies
- Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing), Prospecting & New Customer Development, Outcome-Based selling, Value-based selling, Customer-centric Selling and Territory Planning & Management.
- Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives and Networks and a basic understanding of all our products (specifically, Motion Control, Drive Systems, Services and Solutions)
- Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers)


- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- 2-5 years relevant sales experience or equivalent training, automation industry is preferred


Regional Industry Competency Manager, Field Business Leader team, Regional Marketing Access Manager, Solutions Architect, Other Account Managers.
