Purpose :The position is to focus on daily business support, including to support its sales force in front office effectively and efficiently, responsible for all related activities including tendering, product marketing, coordinate and manage resource to optimize, develop product driven by market to support the profitable business growth. His/her approach to market visibility shall be oriented with profitability toward sustainable increase by deep dive analysis of the data.
Areas of responsibility: - Tendering support on daily business including sales price Determining & Margin monitoring and deep dive analysis base on market situation which is crucial, to ensure the provision of high standards of ethical behavior. It covers both domestic business and export business. - To cooperate with legal council to submit contract value over threshold for tendering review. - Customer negotiation of contract terms and conditions and identify the risk in the contract review and finish the contract review with 100% DOA Compliance. - To define unmet customer needs, identify new product definitions to support company growth objectives. - Contract review to ensure the compliance to company requirement of terms and condition, and to make sure customer requirement could be committed with fully understanding within internal department. - Upon receiving new orders, check in detailed data including CM, qty etc. in line with company procedures. - Ensure tender margin at the proper level and also evaluate the other important data to reach the annual sales budget, and report to management if CM ratio change or below target and get management approval according to commercial policy. - Cooperate with plant or other business unit, on time response to customer: cooperative and team spirit. - To get the resource and to do the work in a cost-effective way to meet the clients’ needs, hit deadlines and respond flexibly to changing situations.
Required skills and qualifications: - Bachelor degree in business management, international trading fields, economics, or related. - Relevant experience on pricing evaluation and data analysis in relevant industry is preferred. - Professional skill on data analysis with proper tools including excel, power BI, etc. will be very important in this role. - Fluent oral and written English & Mandarin suitable for business negotiation. - Process –oriented with flexibility - Problem solver with service attitude, willing to adapt to internal and external client needs. - Good at order management - Technical Business understanding - Good knowledge of international trading business - Problem solving and conflict management. - Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships. - Good knowledge of international business organization. - Good knowledge of marketing - Good knowledge of product Mix - Good skill of negotiation
