Main Responsibilities:

61 Train, transfer technology to Operations related to Decoration Technology.
61 Ensure Decoration project and Services in offering technical solutions and continuous monitoring by effective management.
61 Tech-commercial expert for injection molding and ISBM (1 Step and 2 Step Technology) Strategy
61 Business planning and pricing of all technology related molds and components
61 Key contact for customers and production plants from project start till defined project
61 Define and execute development schedules and budget for assigned projects and take responsibility for maintaining and tracking project costs
61 Resolves technical issues and risks to achieve project goals


Education/Experience

61 Engineer Degree, preferably in the field of Packaging or Mechanical or Plastic Engineering, or equivalent experience in related field.
61 More than 5 years working experience in technical project management, preferably within packaging industry and experience with Foreign Companies
61 Good technical knowledge of materials(HDPE, PP, PET, etc.) and mold construction is a plus
61 Basic quality management knowledge including SPC (statistical process control)
61 Proficient in Printing, Sleeving, Hot stamping, Power-coating or metallization production process
61 Excellence in Project Management
61 Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
