How you will contribute and lead: 1Achieve Sales Target by managing selected accounts, distributors, and explore new business with strategic focus. 2Provide market insights to the company for the responsible markets. Identify, predict and create selected accounts’ needs on new products, and advanced existing products with good business sense and cases through presenting a metrics of market trends and analysis, costs benefit and enhancement of brand integrity. 3Establish and execute account management strategy, forecast, planning and budgeting. 4Be a competent partner internally & externally – an expert for the Chinese market and technical knowledge relevant to company products. 5Lead and manage projects to ensure that they meet deadlines and customer’s requirement by working closely with technical, consumer research and regional team. 6Manage the supplier-customer relationship through intensive network, providing client services in terms of problem solving on commercial issues, and being a business partner. 7Prepare sales report and account analysis.
What you will need to be successful: 1Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Food Science or relevant; 2At least 3 years of sales, account or business management in flavor company; 3Proven experience in managing key accounts and business development in the assigned scope; 4Knowledge of the beverage businesses is preferred. 5Able to work independently and be a good team player, demonstrates respect for people; 6Demonstrated ability to analyze data points and excellent presentation skills; 7Good interpersonal and communication abilities to strongly influence others internally and externally; 8Demonstrated “can do” attitude, positive approach to problem solving; 9Accepts 50% travel frequency.
