In line with business objectives, optimize current CRM related applications/systems, data structures/flows and database management mechanism, ensure the applications/systems design in line with business strategies, support team output analysis/insights among the various systems.




* Responsible in analyzing the environmental changes, working with team to adjust the applications continuously.

* Researches, analyzes, consolidates and interprets data using statistical and data analytics methods to create information on business-relevant topics, e.g. market environment, operational process and equipment performance etc.

* Conduct the interviews with different functions to understand the business requirement, work with technology/fulfilment team to design and implement the applications.







Experience

1. +3 years experiences in commercial/digital excellence related fields.

2. Experienced in CRM related application management, capable in communicating with vendors using IT developer language.

3. Knowledge in data quality, MDM, data standardization, data security.

4. Equipped with business sense, capable in handling interviews with business partners to understand the business requirement etc.

5. Willing to work under pressure and can think innovativly.

6. Working experience in B2B, familiar with SQL, Python, API, and business intelligence tools like Power BI etc. experience in healthcare industries is a plus




Education


Bachelor Degree or above

Major in mathematics, Statistics, Computer and Information technology etc..
