Responsibilities and Main Tasks: 1. Drive the deployment of department related procedures and programs, facilitate and maximize people and organizational performance as well as provide. guideline and instruction on the daily operations to support business development. 2. Achieve KPI and DPI target with making use of each resource. 3. Ensure smooth new project/program ram up with strict FM control, discipline, efficiency improvement. 4. Delivers breakthrough levels of improvement in reducing defects, variation, cost, capacity, and risks to customer. 5. Good team building, low attrition rate and less violation case and HSE case. 6. Monitor operations within there scope, collect and handle improvement ideas and promote and innovative environment. Recommend revisions to the operating policies as applicable. 7. Responsible for qualification activities of new materials, chemistries, processes within the related group. 8. Allocate human resources and funds. 9. Provide training and coaching of people. 10. Define responsibility and authority within department. Requirement: 1. Undergraduate & Bachelor’s degrees need, and with min. 5 years’ experience. 2. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar team management position. 3. Fluent in English both written and oral. 4. Technical background. 5. Managerial experience preferred. 6. Experience in related industry is preferred. 7. Open minded approach. 8. Computer skills – MS Office Package (Word, Excel). 9. Ability to work in a stressful environment. 10. Good analytical skills with attention to detail. 11. Good team working spirit and leadership skills. 12. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
