Job Description: 1. Market Expansion & Sales Management - Develop and execute global sales strategies to expand market share in key regions (e.g., North America, Europe, Southeast Asia). - Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients while identifying and acquiring new customers to achieve annual sales targets. - Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demand to meet targeted sales plans. - Resolve customer complaints and critical issues to uphold the company’s reputation. - Provide quotations to customers; review and sign sales contracts, etc. 2. Team Leadership & Performance Delivery - Build and lead a high-performing sales team, setting KPIs, monitoring progress, and conducting performance reviews. - Guide team members through client acquisition, negotiation, contract signing and other processes. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with production, Engineering, Quality and logistics teams to ensure rapid response to customer demands and optimize supply chain efficiency. - Contribute to pricing strategies and marketing campaigns. - Complete other work tasks assigned by the leader. Requirements: 1. Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, International Business, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the plastic products industry, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role. Experience in multinational companies or global markets is preferred. 2. Core Competencies - Proven ability to develop international markets, with expertise in plastic part, resin, and process. - Strong business acumen and negotiation skills, capable of independently closing deals with key accounts. - Excellent leadership skills to motivate and develop team members. 3. Language & Soft Skills - Fluent in English (working proficiency), with the ability to draft business emails, contracts, and reports. - Willingness to travel (international trips) and work under pressure with a results-driven mindset.
