We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in accounting or statistical methodologies, and an understanding of logistics operations. This role involves optimizing business processes, analyzing financial data, and supporting strategic decision-making to drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Digitalization & System Management
● Lead end-to-end digitalization projects for quotation processes and information management systems. ● Manage change requests (CRs) in SPR system, including clarification and progress monitoring. ● Execute order price verification and release in SPR system.
Financial & Operational Oversight
● Monitor CR-related costs and budget adherence. ● Develop material planning strategies and track operational performance. ● Manage inventory control and stock-taking aligned with business objectives.
Data Analysis & Reporting
● Resolve GRIR/MTO ICC discrepancies for orders. ● Develop and maintain business intelligence reports using Qlik Sense/Power BI platforms.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Mathematical Statistics, Logistics, or a related field. ● Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Qlik sense, Power BI) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP). ● Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders. ● Knowledge of logistics management systems and supply chain optimization techniques. ● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. ● Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
● 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, accounting, or logistics (open to fresh graduates with relevant academic projects). ● Certification in CPA, CFA, or supply chain management is a plus.
