About the role As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in growing market share, introducing new products, and strengthening customer relationships. This role will be based in Hunan or Hubei province and report to Regional Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities
61 Realize individual sales target, implementation of sales policies, procedures to ensure compliance with Sandvik policies. 61 Respond to complex customer inquiries and provide tooling recommendations. 61 Ensure receivable account balance monthly; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms to help manage cash flow and reduce potential bad debts. 61 Lead sales plans using CRM via leads, opportunities and customer visit reports. 61 Drive negotiation and defense of prices and margins with end users and distributors. 61实现个人销售目标,执行销售政策、程序,确保符合山特维克政策。 61回应复杂的客户询问并提供工具建议。 61确保每月应收账款余额;与客户跟进未清余额,确保客户按照条款付款,以帮助管理现金流并减少潜在的坏账。 61通过潜在客户、机会和客户访问报告,使用CRM制定销售计划。 61推动与最终用户和分销商就价格和利润率进行谈判。

61 Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or equivalent experience 61 8+ years of experience with metalworking/cutting tools 61 Strong communication and presentation skills (small and large groups) 61 Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience preferred 61 Good English both in oral and written 61机械学士学位或同等经验 618年以上金属加工/切削工具经验 61良好的沟通和演讲技巧(小型和大型团体) 61精通MS Office;有CRM经验者优先 61良好的英语口语和书面语
