Responsibilities: 61 Responsible for implementation and maintenance of the Company’s quality system. 61 Responsible for supplier and product development reg. identification of suitable suppliers, technical standards and quality (according internal and international standards). 61 Conduct supplier audit and on site inspections. 61 Set up and perform internal quality procedure sand ensure the quality of local source products before shipment. 61 Technical Support internally and externally: a. for Purchase, product management and Sales Department b. for our Customers and Suppliers 61 Claim Management. 61 Support and coordinate organization of training for customers regarding quality issues. 61 Close cooperation with the departments of the company, as well as Product Management, Quality and Purchase Departments of the German headquarters and other international subsidiaries of the company. 61 Support and coordinate internal and external Audit (e.g. ISO, TS…) 61 Support in related projects. 61 Other tasks as assigned. Requirements: 61 1. Personality: Analytical thinking, self initiative, capable of taking decisions, capable of working under pressure, ability of communication, prioritization and coordination. 61 2. Education: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/industrial engineering with fluent English. 61 3. Work experience: 8+ experience in quality management in automotive aftermarket; Solid supplier quality working experience. 61 4. Skills: Strong problem solving skills including with different tools (six sigma, APQP, PPAP, …); Good knowledge of automotive quality systems and methods;
