Scope/Role/Description Territory Manager is accountable for clinical customer. Specific responsibilities include owning the region revenue number and annual growth in molecular diagnostic and applied testing markets. This position is based in Shanghai, China and will require frequency travel.
Responsibilities 80Set up close relationship with related customer to make precise forecast; 80Work with existing user for more needs with help from supporting team; 80Expand Agena/PTI application within China partner channel 80Dig out more opportunities of potential participants 80Responsible for regional key opinion leaders network 80Drive regional business in short term and long term with marketing and supporting team 80Collaborating with Product Management to report on customer’s needs and competitor’s product offers as it relates to the Marketing strategy, launch of new products and product care issues. 80Participating in launch readiness teams. 80Informal market sensing and market research.
Required skills and experience 80BS degree in life science, diagnostic or healthcare related 80Our ideal candidate will have (4-5) years sales experience in instrument sales 80Market expertise in molecular diagnostic or a third-party laboratory, ideally with consumables ramping up experience 80Strong communication & negotiating skills in Chinese 80Strong motivation with a high sense of urgency and purpose 80Proactivity with high-energy passion and eagerness 80Highly accountable, trustworthy and disciplined driver 80Dedication with hands-on details 80Ability to travel extensively throughout the region
