RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete daily methacrylate application experiments under the Evonik EHS policy.
- Manage and keep a clear record for experiments and other lab activities, ensure accuracy on all outgoing reports.
- Basic root cause analysis of quality issues and provide solid data and suggestions for improvements.
- Develop new application technology under the guidance of supervisor.
- Good communication with global AT/Sales/MKT colleagues and make sure the application test results accumulated in our internal knowledge base.
- Directly communicate with German colleagues as required.
- Help to resolve problems on project management function, especially from 0-1.
- Capability to make sure the project keeps abreast with the right track and provide technical advice on the application perspective of new projects.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor`s degree above in the field of Organic Chemistry or Polymer materials.
- 3-5 years of experience working in resin synthesis field, especially the (meth)acrylic polymers. Multiple-function polymer synthesis experiment is a plus.
- Good understanding of monomer/polymer structure
2 or more fields synthesis experience is must. (water based + solvent based or coating + adhesives) also welcome from pharmercutic intermediate Synthesis Industry
- Good understanding of (meth)acrylic polymer, familiar with the RMs of synthesis (meth)acrylic resins (Monomer/Initiator/Surfactant/ tackifying resins.etc).
- Analysis ability of polymer is plus (FTIR/GC/LC/NMR/GPC).
- Self-driven and interested in the polymer field.
- Fluent in oral English.
