1. 搭建公司精益管理体系，精益培训体系，人才培养计划，精益改善生产流程与制度等，改善激励管理办法等程序。
Establish the company's lean management system, lean training system, talent development plan, lean improvement of production processes and systems, and improve incentive management methods, etc.
2. 建立生产体系标准化，开展精益文化宣导活动，搭建优秀项目推广与追踪。
Establish standardized production system, carry out advocacy activities for lean culture, and set up promotion and tracking of excellent projects.
3. 分析生产流程，识别并消除生产中的浪费，提出改进建议以优化生产效率。
Analyze production processes, identify and eliminate waste in production, and propose improvement suggestions to optimize production efficiency.
4. 设计和实施生产线布局、工艺改进和标准化工作，确保生产过程顺畅高效。
Design and implement production line layout, process improvement, and standardization work to ensure smooth and efficient production processes.
5. 配合销售协助制定并执行生产计划，保质保量按期完成生产任务，确保生产能力满足需求，同时提高生产资源利用率。
Cooperate with sales to assist in formulating and executing production plans, ensure the completion of production tasks on time and in good quality, ensure that production capacity meets demand, and improve the utilization of production resources.
6. 开展生产现场管理，保障安全生产，监控生产指标并制定改进计划，确保生产目标的达成。
Carry out on-site production management, ensure safe production, monitor production indicators, and develop improvement plans to ensure the achievement of production goals.
7. 生产部团队管理，包括人员和工作流程、培训生产人员、推广精益生产理念，提高员工对精益制造的理解和应用能力。
Manage the production department team, including personnel and work processes, train production personnel, promote the concept of lean production, and improve employees' understanding and application of lean manufacturing.
8. 参与新产品导入和生产工艺设计，确保新产品生产过程符合精益生产原则。
Participate in new product introduction and production process design, ensuring that the production process of new products complies with lean production principles.
9. 在技术部门的配合下，主导产品BOM、工艺路线的整理和编制
Lead the compilation and preparation of product BOM and process routes in cooperation with the technical department.
10. 负责生产现场5S的相关工作
Responsible for the related work of 5S in the production site.
11. 每月完成生产月度报告及各项相关报表
Complete the monthly production report and various related statements.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
职位要求

1. 机械、自动化类专业本科及以上学历
Mechanics or automation bachelor degree or above;
2. 5年及以上中型企业精益生产管理的工作经历，熟悉精益生产理念和工具。
Over 5 years of work experience in lean production management in medium-sized enterprises, familiar with lean production concepts and tools.
3. 5年以上项目管理经验；熟悉掌握车间一线现场管理，具有实施生产全过程改进经验和成功案例。
Over 5 years of project management experience; familiar with and proficient in workshop floor-level management, with experience and successful cases in implementing comprehensive production process improvements.
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队合作精神，能承受一定的工作压力。
Good communication and coordination skills, team spirit, and ability to withstand certain work pressures.
5. 具备良好的问题识别和解决能力，有较强的逻辑分析能力和执行能力。
Strong problem identification and solving abilities, with strong logical analysis and execution skills.
6. 英语听说读写流利
Fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English.
