The Role
You will be mainly responsible for developing business strategies, leading the disposal of Company’s logistics assets and executing sales transactions to maximize value. You will also be responsible for pursuing potential asset acquisitions and investing in logistic projects.

Job Responsibilities
61 Develop and implement divestment strategies for logistics assets across targeted markets.
61 Identify and engage potential buyers, including institutional investors, private equity firms, and individual purchasers.
61 Lead end-to-end sales processes, from valuation and marketing to due diligence and transaction closure.
61 Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, AM, PM) to ensure smooth execution of deals.
61 Conduct market research to assess pricing trends, demand, and competitive landscape, particularly in Tier 2/3 cities in East China.
61 Manage relationships with intermediaries (e.g., Big Five real estate agencies) and other third-party advisors.
61 Prepare sales materials, including teasers, pitch decks, and financial models.
61 Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
61 Evaluate business opportunities, pursue potential investments, invest in logistic projects as well as structure and negotiate deals of asset acquisitions.

Job Requirements

61 Bachelor Degree or above in Real Estate/Finance/Economics/Engineering or its equivalent.
61 Minimum 8 years of experience in real estate divestment, asset sales, or investment advisory, with a focus on logistics/industrial properties.
61 Proven track record of successfully selling logistics assets in Tier 2/3 cities in East China (e.g., Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Ningbo).
61 Prior experience working with Big Five real estate agencies is essential.
61 Strong financial acumen and negotiation skills.
61 Established network of institutional and private buyers in the logistics/real estate sector is advantage.
61 Strong command of written and verbal English and Mandarin.
61 Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
