Key principles include: 销售经理将负责通过与品牌的战略赞助合作及包厢销售推动收入增长。 角色及关键绩效指标 Roles & KPIs 80Revenue Generation 创收 Achieve and exceed annual individual and Partnerships Team revenue targets through the sale of suites and sponsorships. 通过包厢及赞助合作销售完成并超越个人以及业务部年度的收入目标。 80Client Relationship Management 维护客户关系 Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and suite clients in various business industries, ensuring a broad network of potential partnership opportunities. 与多类行业的潜在赞助合作品牌和包厢客户建立并维护紧密的关系,建立一个广泛的潜在商务人际网络。 80New Business Development 拓展新业务 Proactively deliver at least 2 new and qualified Sponsor leads per month (qualified means with qualified *** meeting with target company whose director or above should be in attendance; produce bespoke sponsorship deck or term sheet); Leads may be developed from variety channels e.g. via networking, industry exhibition, personal resource etc. 每月主动提供至少2个新的且合格的赞助商线索以及1个新的且合格的包厢潜客线索,(合格指成功与目标客户公司总监级或以上参会***次会议、定制化方案/权益清单制定),线索来源例如可通过网络,行业展会,个人资源等渠道获得 80Sales and Negotiation 销售及商业谈判 To successfully meet "Official Partner" sponsorship and "VIP Suite" KPIs, complete all sales-process related work necessary, including but not limited to:conference calls, emails, WeChat conversations, schedule meetings, arranging client arena tours, event attendance, contract negotiation and drafting, etc. 为达到“官方赞助商合作伙伴”以及“贵宾包厢”的销售业绩目标,完成所有销售流程中的相关工作,包含但不限于:电话会议,电子邮件,微信沟通,主持会议,带客户参观场馆,活动日出席, 商务谈判,合约拟定签署,等。 80Create Proposals & Pitch Presentations 合作提案定制及简报 Develop and pitch creative and customized sponsorship proposals that meet the unique needs of each client while aligning with the arena's brand and objectives. 制定并推销具有创意并符合每个客户独特需求并同时与场馆目标一致的赞助合作提案。 80Negotiation and Contracting 商业谈判及合作协议 Lead commercial negotiations and work with the legal department to finalize contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met. 主导商业谈判,并与法务部门合作,最终敲定合同,确保满足所有条款和条件。 80Pipeline Management & Reporting潜在客户线索表管理及汇报 Keep organized and updated documentation of your pipeline of prospective leads and provide both written and verbal English and Chinese reports to senior management during departmental meetings on a weekly basis. 保持潜在客户线索的有序和更新的文件记录,并在每周部门会议期间向高级管理人员提供书面和口头的英文和中文报告。 80Market Research & Networking市场调查及商业性社交 Stay up to date on industry trends and research various markets to be aware of potential sponsorship opportunities. Attend industry events and networking functions to build relationships and stay informed about market developments. 保持对行业趋势的最新了解,做各类市场的调查以了解潜在的赞助机会。参加行业活动和社交聚会,建立关系并了解市场发展趋势。 80Support Colleagues/Team对团队及同事的支持性工作 Support Partnerships Accounts team to ensure client satisfaction and ensure client retention (to retain/upsell existing Sponsors/Suite clients).
