职位描述
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including real estate developers, property managers, and construction companies
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
● Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities, and address any concerns.
● Identify and target potential clients in the real estate sector to expand the company’s market share
● Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
● Present and demonstrate smart lock products to clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
● Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for the real estate sector
● Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.

● Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and ensure compliance with company policies.
● Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
● Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to drive product improvements and innovation.
● Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends.
● Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

任职要求
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the real estate, construction, or smart home technology industry.
● Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
● Experience in selling technology products or IoT solutions is highly desirable.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
● Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
● Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
● Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
