一、关于职位About the position: 因业务发展需要,我们目前正在寻求一个充满活力、善于沟通的市场主管加入到我们的队伍。To cope with rapid business growth and expansion, we are currently seeking dynamic and highly-motivated Marketing Supervisor for China. 二、主要工作职责Principal job responsibilities: 1、与团队合作,依照年度市场计划执行营销活动,负责公司全国范围事宜。Assist line manager and work with the team to execute marketing activities base on the aligned retail marketing calendar. 2、协助广告及其他市场物料翻译、排版及制作,确保对外物料,包括店内物料及商场广告符合品牌定位,与规范一致。Ensure all retail related printing and ads materials, including in-store and in-mall, compliance with brand positioning, with correct message and consistent with guideline and on air timely. 3、确保物料替换准确性及上新的时效性。Ensure all material replacement’s accuracy and timeliness. 4、与供应商保持良好工作关系,确保高品质出品及控制成本。Maintain good working relationship with suppliers to ensure high quality deliverables at efficient cost. 5、业务合同及付款安排。Administrative work such as contract handling, and payment request. 6、适应公司内部跨部门合作。Administrative work such as contract handling, and payment request. 7、出差Travel 20-30% 三、要求与资历Qualifications & Experience: 1、市场营销或相关专业本科毕业。Degree holder in marketing or related discipline. 2、至少3年相关的市场营销,中高端快消品工作经验。Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in marketing, preferably within premium FMCG. 3、对市场营销经验抱强烈期望。Experience in marketing is strongly desired. 4、自我驱动,能独立与最低监管工作。Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision. 5、主动,组织和细节意识。Proactive, organized and detail-minded. 6、良好的团队合作精神与优秀的人际交往和沟通技巧。A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 7、精通MS Office套件。(Word,Excel和PowerPoint)Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
