此岗位为笔克集团上海笔克营销策划有限公司招聘 Responsibility职责描述: 1、A deep understanding of the digital marketing, social media,e-commerce and experiential marketing; 对数字营销、社交媒体、电子商务、体验式营销有深刻理解; 2、Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve sales targets; 制定和执行战略计划,推动业务增长,实现销售目标; 3、Maintain market insights to identify trends, Able to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform ategory situation or campaign development; 保持市场洞察力,能够进行深入的市场调查和竞争分析,为品类情况或活动发展提供信息; 4、Lead diverse teams (external and internal partners) for integrated luxury/sports marketing; 领导多元化团队,包括外部和内部合作伙伴,进行整合的奢侈品和运动行销; 5、Understand client objectives and challenges, and propose solutions that leverage our services to enhance their brand activations initiatives; 了解客户的目标和挑战,并提出解决方案,利用我们的服务来增强他们的品牌激活计划; 6、Manage budgets, present performance reports, and nurture client relationships. Collaborate across departments for synchronized campaign execution; 负责管理预算,提交绩效报告,并建立良好的客户关系,进行跨部门合作,以确保活动的协调执行; 7、Occasional travel may be required for events and responsibilities。 根据需要随时准备出差并参加活动。 Required Skills任职要求: 1、Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,Technology or a related field; 本科以上学历,商务、市场营销、技术或相关专业; 2、8-10 years of experience in advertising,public relations or digital marketing,with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends; 8-10年的广告、公关或数字营销经验,对消费者行为和市场趋势有深刻的理解; 3、Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets。 有达到或超过销售目标的良好记录。 工作地址:静安区威海路777号301室/嘉定区曹安公路4499弄99号笔克创意园,两个Office各占一半时间。
