JOB PURPOSE：
Support Global engineering activities with focus on mechanical system design on customer requested specials.
Responsible for providing engineering support as part of the Order Customization and Sustainment Engineering process by completing design execution. Also includes, investigating engineering non conformances to provide timely resolution to maintain the flow of the manufacturing process and develop the manufacturing engineering. The expectation is to deliver high quality, high performance, reliable and cost effective designs on time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/Areas of Accountability:
1. Completes concept design with limited guidance for global customer required machine specials"
2. Support engineering related issue disposal at Manufacturing andSupply Chain
3. Prepare, create and manage engineering documentations
4. Handle Non-Conformances on shop floor and prevent the re-occurrence of the NCs
5. May participate in or lead continuous improvement activities

Critical Capabilities:
1. Advanced user in modeling and detailing technique, UG Prefer 2. Skilled in CAD drafting and application of GD&T
3. Calculating design parameters
4. Manufacturing Engineering design experience

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer
2. 1-3 years’ experience of relevant industrial experience
3. Have experience on complex automated machine
4. Can work in a high stress work environment
5. Sollid problem solving experience
