Job Description:
1. Engage in the visual design of product interaction, establishment of design standards, and related UI tasks.
2. Capable of independently completing the design of requirements, with a clear design approach and the ability to articulate it clearly.
3. Participate in the phased experience of the product, provide feedback and suggestions, analyze results, and continuously optimize and upgrade the product's UI to enhance usability, balancing business needs with user experience.
4. Collaborate with the product team to conceive superior interactive design solutions, and continuously refine the user experience of the product.
5. Possess a holistic view of the product, participate in the formulation and improvement of design standards, and continuously optimize the product's design style and user experience quality.

Qualifications:
1. Responsible, proactive, with strong communication and driving skills, excellent in design expression, and able to quickly and effectively transform ideas into design schemes.
2. Capable of independently completing the design of the entire product plan, with overseas work experience or a background in foreign enterprises preferred.
3. Possess excellent design aesthetics and mature design style control ability, maintain enthusiasm for design and innovation, and be willing to actively communicate and share.
4. Able to think laterally about other possible factors during the design process and solve problems efficiently.
5. Have good communication skills, be able to clearly express your design views, convey design ideas in cross-team settings, and possess professional persuasiveness.
