Responsibility:
1.Familiar with the hardware development process of multimedia products, responsible for the circuit design and interface definition of human interface products, and accountable for the progress and quality of hardware development.
2.Responsible for component selection based on design requirements, schematic drawing, guiding PCB design, DFMEA, BOM documentation, product trial production, module debugging, failure analysis, etc.
3.Knowledgeable in digital/analog circuit design, signal integrity, and high-speed signal design.
4.Familiar with reliability environmental testing, with a deep understanding of EMI and EMC, able to accurately interpret issues related to shielding, filtering, protection, and impedance in circuits.
5.Familiar with competitors' solutions and products in the industry, analyze competitor product information to ensure the competitiveness of hardware solutions.
6.Understand cutting-edge technologies in the industry, familiar with relevant regulations, and capable of providing practical solutions on-site.
7.Able to adapt to short-term business trips, attend regular overseas meetings, and provide training and guidance to new employees.
8.Capable of analyzing on-site issues and providing technical support.
9.Follow the various policies and processes established by the company.
10.Utilize the company's tools and resources in accordance with the company's guidelines.
11. Comply with all safety policies, processes, and work instructions as required by the safety management system and fulfill related responsibilities in accordance with the safety manual.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, Major in EE or related.
2. Minimum 3 years' experience on hardware design. Multimedia project experience is necessary, PM experience will be preferred
3. Must be able to use English as a working language.
4. Be familiar with Altium Design, OFFICE.
