Job Responsibility工作职责

Description岗位概述
This process engineer is responsible for running of hot stamping Mini Line, incl. operation and maintenance of press furnace feeder etc. and trial production of product samples. Assist hot stamping material verification and new hot stamping technology study and development.
该工艺工程师负责热成型试验线Mini Line的运转，包括压机、加热炉、机械手等设备的操作和维护，热冲压样件的试制，协助热冲压材料认证及热冲压新工艺的研究及开发。

Responsible主要职责

Hot stamping Mini Line programming operation and recipe management.
热冲压试验线的编程，操作及工艺配方管理。

Hot stamping Mini Line site 5S management, equipment maintenance and spare parts management.
热冲压试验产线现场5S管理，设备的日常维护保养及备品备件管理。

Participate in new hot stamping process research, and assist and track the try out and production of advanced hot stamping process (Alu hot stamping, IPHS etc.)
参与热冲压新工艺相关项目的研究，协助并跟踪热冲压新工艺零件（如铝热冲压，间接热冲压等）的调试及生产。

Support all the hot stamping plants on the process trouble shooting, production circle time improvement.
支持热冲压工厂，如现场工艺问题解决，生产节拍提升等。

Support PAPR documentation like blank nesting, circle time calculation etc.
支持项目报价相关技术文件编制，如零件展料排样，节拍计算等。

Support hot stamping process related tests like mechanical properties, coating thickness, material microstructure.
支持热冲压工艺相关性能试验，如机械性能，镀层厚度，材料微观组织等。

To work according to automotive standards and internal project/quality system.
须按照汽车行业标准和内部项目/质量体系要求开展工作。

Qualification任职资格/录用条件

Major in material forming, having university degree at least.
材料成型相关专业，至少大学毕业。

About 3 years working experience in hot stamping site process, familiar with hot stamping production line, must be experiences of process optimizations in automobile industry, preferably BIW.
3年左右的热冲压工艺现场经验，熟悉热冲压生产线，必须有主要在汽车行业的工艺优化经验，车身相关产品经验优先。

With solid understanding of hot stamping process, principle, and equipment. Able to identify relevant process parameters and interactions with quality assessment methods, comprehensive knowledge of quality requirements before, during and after hot stamping;
理解热冲压工艺，原理和设备。熟悉相关工艺参数及质量影响，对热冲压前后的零件质量要求有全面的掌握。

Ability in process planning and costing analysis, able to run the whole hot stamping line, and have rich hands-on experience in furnace, feeder, press equipment programming.
具有一定的工艺和设备规划能力及成本分析能力，能独立运转热成型产线，并有丰富的加热炉，机械手及压机编程经验。

Strong mechanical drawing reading ability, familiar with tolerance, automatic grippers design and related standards.
有较强的机械识图能力，熟悉公差、自动化抓手设计及相关标准。

High requirement in team working and communication skills, with a proactive and positive attitude.
具备很强的团队合作及沟通能力，工作态度主动积极。

Familiar with stamping tooling and hot stamping simulation is a big plus.
熟悉模具结构以及热冲压成型工艺分析将非常有优势；

Oral English is needed.
英语能够口语交流。
