Technical Communication:
74 Manage application engineering projects/ topics during the development process, communicating with internal functions/departments and external stakeholders, to make sure development is done according to timing, budget and quality target.
Application Design:
74 Responsible for technical calculation(brake system by Bremse6/7, EPB clamp force, tolerance, force, etc.).
74 Responsible for technical definition of product in vehicle, 3D& 2D design according to packaging condition.
74 Responsible for technical feasibility commitment with internal IE & external suppliers.
Application Engineering Release:
74 Responsible to prepare release related documents and get application products released internally(MLC).
74 Responsible for EPB system release and part of release documents, including FSM and QA reviews with respective responsibles.
74 Responsible to achieve engineering approval sign-off from customer.
74 Responsible for OTS release, change/deviation release in regard to ME topics.
Quotation & Front Loading:
74 Customer technical requirement analysis(specification, SOR, etc.) coordination.
74 Preparation of internal Technical Product Definition and customer TA documents.
74Share task with purchasing on definition of suppliers.
Overall technical Project Management
74 Milestone plan including releases (timing, content, desired product maturity). Project Team to give input for responsibilities. Sys PM integrates timings from project team into overall timing.
74 Work Package planning
74 Prepare and maintain Risk&Action&Opportunity list.
74 Coordination of customer test parts/vehicles and organizing evaluation and assessment of vehicle testings(with support from project team).
74 Approval of test reports (static, dynamic, vehicle, suppliers).
Problem Solving:
74 Responsible to direct problem solving.
74 Responsible to problem analysis with A3, for problems during development or for support of customer/plant after SOP.
74 Responsible to escalate to upper management, to avoid potential loss of company business/reputation.
