- Liaise with internal teams to consolidate demand for shop supply and ingredients, place replenish orders and calculate purchasing forecast to secure the supply and keep inventory at a healthy level.
- Closely work with packaging engineer and procurement team, follow and trace NPD or seasonal products’ related material readiness to secure project timeline.
- Monitor PO status to ensure all products on-time delivery.
- Weekly review material inventory in CDC/RDC, analyze excess stock and prepare replenishment plan for necessary materials.
-Summarize and report stock status for packaging and material, focusing on any OOS risks, or any obsolete stocks.
- Complete and submit related planning report on time.
- Process PO and PR creation in ERP AX system, and prepare payment request for the purchased items to finance team.
- Keep cross-function communication for trouble-shooting, secure supply fulfillment to support business and manage inventory.

-2~3 years rich experience in planning area, especially in material planning or supply planning, familiar with food industry will be certainly a plus.
-Be able to adapt fast-paced working environment.
-Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent in data analysis and reporting, related skills like power BI will be a plus.
-Bachelor’s degree prefers major in supply chain management.
