岗位职责: 1. 带领项目工程师及设计师团队,并负责项目管理:从设计到施工、机电测试与试运行,最终至项目移交; 2. 准备招投标文件,参加招投标相关会,协助合同谈判; 3. 在专业工程师的支持下,把控项目安全、进度及造价,并严格监管现场施工的质量; 4. 协调并管理项目建筑师和设计院,确保设计的交付质量; 5. 与当地政府审批部门及办公室保持良好沟通,完成项目相关审批流程和报建; 6. 与业主保持紧密合作,以确保满足项目的目标及需求; 7. 领导整个项目团队(建筑师、工程师),确保项目在合理预算,并满足相关安全质量的要求下按时完成。 任职资格: 1. 工程专业(土木,结构,建筑)背景 2. 流利的英文听、说、读、写水平 3. 良好的沟通技巧 4. 7年以上在中国的工业项目管理经验 5. 外国投资项目管理经验 6. 具有外资项目管理公司工作经验 7. 熟悉项目政府审批流程 8. 熟悉国外项目标准、要求和建筑技术 9. 接受在国内项目所在地常驻 10. 可以独立管理项目 Responsibility: 1. Leading a project team of engineers and designers, manage the project design as well as the construction, MEP testing, commissioning and hand over; 2. Prepare tendering and bidding documents, participate in tendering and bidding meetings, assist contract negotiations; 3. Control the project safety, schedule and cost with the support from engineer team; strictly control the construction quality on site; 4. Coordinate and manage Project Architects and Local Design Institutes to ensure design quality; 5. Liaison with local authorities and government offices for application procedures and permitting related to the project; 6. Close cooperation with the client to ensure project targets and requirements; 7. Leading engineers, designers and the whole project team to finish project on time, within budget and meeting relevant safety and quality requirement Job Qualification: 1. University degree in engineering (civil, structural, architecture); 2. Fluent in English/Chinese oral and written; 3. Good communication skills; 4. At least 7 years of PM experience on Industrial Projects in China; 5. PM experience on foreign invested projects; 6. Working for foreign PMC firm before; 7. Familiar with authority procedures related to the project; 8. Familiar with foreign project standards, requirements and building techniques; 9. Accept permanent residence in the project site in China 10. Independent in handling projects
