工作职责:
1. Production time study, build up and maintain capacity model for capacity plan. 负责生产参数的测定和Capacity model 的维护，作为相关部门预测和评估资源（设备及治具等）需求的标准依据。
2. Set up DL capacity model, maintain and improve the model for DL hiring plan. 负责DL人力模型的建立和优化，作为相关部门预测和评估人力资源需求的依据.
3. Set up product unit cost model, maintian and improve the model to match real production, provide valid cost analysis to management team. 负责Cost model的建立和维护，提供相应的产品成本分析.
4. Work as initiator or coordinator to continuously reduce production cost. 结合capacity model, DL model and cost model, 协作相关部门制定改善效率和降低成本的方案并及时跟进，降低成本.
5, Work as initiator or coordinator to improve capacity to achieve project target/schedule. 与产能相关项目的主导和推进，响应并配合项目组达成目标
6, Standardize and optimize IE process flow, support other IE for layout plan. 协助公司layout规划, 规范并优化IE操作流程"
任职资格:
1. 工业工程专业/精益生产应用 Major in and professional in Industrial Engineering and Lean.
2. 熟练使用办公软件，熟练的中英文读写能力和顺畅交流. Familiar with office software, skilled use both Chinese and English for fluent communication.
3. 诚实，有责任心，团队合作 Honest, good responsibility and teakwork spirit.
4. 有较好的分析、沟通和协调能力 capable for project communication and coordination.
5. 有半导体Fab厂工作经验优先考虑 Priority for experience in Fab"
