In your new role you will:
1.Provide 1st level support on magnetic sensor, including HW and SW debugging sessions together with customer.
2.Provide technical training and supports to distributors, especially distributor FAEs.
3.Work with product lines to provide the best fitting IFX products & solutions by deep understanding of products and the applications in customers’ systems to meet customers’ design requirements and solve technical issues.
4.Collect the information of technical trends, new product needs and pain points in the market, work with product line to contribute to the product roadmap.
职位要求：
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Bachelor / Master Degree Major in EE;
2.At least 5+ years of automotive working experience of magnetic sensor application
3.Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting based on customer support experience is must.
4.Knowledge on sensor module, magnet circuits, and main inverter, steering, braking, BMS system is preferred.
5.Experience on functional safety is preferred.
6.Fluency in spoken & written English and Chinese.
