工作职责:
1. Possess expertise in thin-film technology with proficiency in operating control units including RF power supplies, electron guns, and thin-film thickness controllers.
2. Comprehensive understanding of coating processes, including but not limited to evaporation coating and magnetron sputtering coating principles, along with process parameter optimization capabilities.
3.Familiar with optical thin-film performance analysis methodologies, capable of conducting performance testing and evaluation on coated components.
4.Responsible for troubleshooting equipment/process anomalies in coating operations, implementing technical modifications/upgrades, and establishing effective long-term improvement measures to enhance production capacity, yield rate, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
5.Assist superiors in new equipment specification confirmation, progress control, capacity expansion coordination, and mass production-related temporary assignments.
6.Develop and optimize Level 3 documentation systems while providing technical training to Application Engineers (AE) and Operators (OP).

- Morn than 3 years' experience in in semiconductor.
