Responsibilities: 1. Perform activity base on cost calculations and support proactive and competitive responses to tenders (RFQ/ RFP/RFI); 2. Use of supporting tools for warehouse calculations to create logistics solution; 3. Work closely with other functional managers (sales manager, key account manager, product manager, operation manager etc.) to understand customers’ demand and deliver best solution design; 4. Analyzing and investigating contained logistic processes and full option supply chains based on the available data; 5. Design logistic solutions and improvements concerning contained logistics processes and full option supply chains (inbound & outbound processes, warehouse & distribution processes, warehouse lay-outs, automation processes etc.); 6. Optimizing existing processes by acting as a logistics expert in continuous improvement projects ran by operational teams; 7. Preparation of a complete project implementation plan. Follow-up of all steps of the implementation to ensure project go live as scheduled within the budget; 8. Problem solving and solution coordination on all issues which appear during implementation phase; 9. Strong project management skills and knowledge on latest construction requirements.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or the equivalent; 2. 5 years of experience in operations management or logistic engineering. knowledge of logistics IT solutions is an asset; 3. Solid experience in activity based cost calculation and the establishment of rates; 4. Strong communicator with experience in tackling problems, leading project meetings, delivering strong presentations, both with customers and suppliers (external and internal); 5. Strong analytical skills and be solution provider; 6. Self-motivated personality and a result driven, hands-on mentality; 7. Ability to communicate and write in English.
*The working place of this position is in South China of China, including Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Xiamen.
