61 区域基础设施管理： 管理和支持亚太地区的IT基础设施，确保高水平的可用性、安全性，并遵循全球IT政策。
61 网络设计与分段： 构建、实施和维护安全的网络解决方案，包括LAN/WAN、Wi-Fi、路由、交换以及网络分段策略，以确保性能和安全性。
61 数据中心与服务器架构： 设计和支持数据中心基础设施，包括虚拟化环境、物理和虚拟服务器部署、存储、备份系统和恢复策略，符合MSCE级别的***实践。
61 打印机与外围设备基础设施： 设计和管理打印机环境，包括部署、队列管理、用户访问控制和耗材监控。
61 网络安全与合规： 实施技术安全措施，如防火墙规则、访问控制、端点保护和系统加固。使本地操作与网络安全框架（如ISO 27001，NIST）保持一致。
61 事件管理与升级： 为亚太地区的基础设施相关问题提供一线支持。调查、解决并记录事件，或根据服务水平期望进行必要的升级。
61 资产与配置管理： 监督IT资产（服务器、打印机、网络设备）的生命周期，确保准确的文档记录并与Weidmann的IT资产管理实践保持一致。
61 用户支持与培训： 提供专业且文化适宜的用户支持和基础设施工具与系统的指导。
61 全球团队协作： 积极与全球IT基础设施和安全团队合作，标准化解决方案、实施共享工具并为跨区域计划做出贡献。
61 文档与持续改进： 维护基础设施系统、配置和程序的全面文档。主动提出改进建议以提高效率、可靠性和安全性。
Key Responsibilities
61 Regional Infrastructure Management:
Manage and support the IT infrastructure across the AP region, ensuring high levels of availability, security, and compliance with global IT policies.
61 Network Design & Segmentation:
Architect, implement, and maintain secure network solutions including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and network segmentation strategies to ensure performance and security.
61 Data Center & Server Architecture:
Design and support data center infrastructure, including virtualized environments, physical and virtual server deployment, storage, backup systems, and recovery strategies in line with MSCE-level best practices.
61 Printer & Peripheral Infrastructure:
Design and manage printer environments, including deployment, queue management, user access control, and consumables monitoring across sites.
61 Cybersecurity & Compliance:
Implement technical security measures such as firewall rules, access controls, endpoint protection, and system hardening. Align local operations with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
61 Incident Management & Escalation:
Provide frontline support for infrastructure-related issues within the AP region. Investigate, resolve, and document incidents or escalate as needed per service level expectations.
61 Asset & Configuration Management:
Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets (servers, printers, networking equipment), ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with Weidmann’s IT asset management practices.
61 User Support & Training:
Deliver professional and culturally appropriate user support and guidance on infrastructure tools and systems.
61 Global Team Collaboration:
Collaborate actively with the Global IT Infrastructure and Security Teams to standardize solutions, implement shared tools, and contribute to cross-regional initiatives.
61 Documentation & Continuous Improvement:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure systems, configurations, and procedures. Proactively propose improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and security.

61 Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Equivalent combinations of training, certifications, and experience will be considered.
61 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT infrastructure roles, ideally in a multi-site or regional (APAC) setting within a global organization.
61 Strong expertise in:
o Network infrastructure design and operations (LAN/WAN/WLAN, segmentation, firewalls).
o Data center architecture and server environments (Windows Server, virtualization, storage).
o Printer environments and peripheral device infrastructure.
61 Industry-recognized certifications strongly preferred:
o Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
o Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
o CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
61 Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
61 Proficiency in English is required; CET-4 or higher preferred for positions in China.
