We are looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing Department to spearhead our marketing initiatives in China. This role will be responsible for driving Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, and AI-powered digital transformation to elevate Wiha’s brand presence and market share.
Your Mission: 1. Strategic Marketing Leadership: 61 Define and implement short, mid, and long-term marketing strategies in alignment with business goals and market dynamics. 61 Lead the marketing budget planning and management, ensuring optimal investment and ROI maximization. 61 Utilize AI-driven analytics for precise market forecasting, customer insights, and campaign optimization. 2. Marketing Communications (MarCom): 61 Direct all aspects of marketing communications, including digital campaigns, public relations, social media, and trade events. 61 Enhance brand visibility through impactful storytelling and consistent messaging across channels. 61 Develop content strategies that engage and resonate with target audiences, driving brand loyalty and market influence. 3. Product Marketing Excellence: 61 Oversee market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support product positioning and strategic growth. 61 Collaborate with Product Development and Sales Teams to launch products effectively and capture market opportunities. 61 Drive go-to-market strategies that align with global and local business objectives. 4. AI Application & Digital Transformation: 61 Implement AI technologies to enhance customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and marketing automation. 61 Lead digital transformation initiatives to optimize marketing performance and business intelligence. 61 Promote data-driven decision-making and innovative marketing solutions. 5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): 61 Expand and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and dealers. 61 Strengthen our CRM system to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and service quality. 6. Team Leadership & Change Management: 61 Lead and mentor the marketing team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. 61 Champion effective change management for seamless execution of new strategies and business transformation.
Your Profile: 61 Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred. 61 Experience: 8+ years in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Product Marketing within the durable consumer goods, hand tools, or power tools industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. 61 Technical Skills: 61 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools. 61 Hands-on experience with AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, predictive analytics, marketing automation). 61 Deep understanding of graphic design, sales concepts, and trade channels. 61 Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin—both written and spoken. 61 Leadership & Soft Skills: 61 Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical capabilities. 61 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 61 Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams, driving change, and delivering business results.
