Job Title: Sr. Product Management Specialist Position Overview: You will play a crucial role in managing the successful introduction of new products into the market. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive product development initiatives, and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities: New Product Strategy and Planning: 80Develop and execute the strategy for new product introductions, aligned with the PMC FI/PI LOB overall business objectives and market needs. 80Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities and define product requirements. 80Collaborate with R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations teams to develop comprehensive product roadmaps and timelines. 80Working close with global FIPI team to determine and execute marketing programs e.g. global NPI and local NPI management. Project Management and Execution: 80Lead cross-functional teams throughout the NPI process, ensuring alignment on project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. 80Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to support successful product launches. 80Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. Go-to-Market Strategy and Commercialization: 80Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns for new products. 80Plan and coordinate product launch activities, including sales training, customer education, and market communications. 80Monitor market reception and customer feedback post-launch to optimize product positioning and messaging. 80Business support (e.g. reviewing or preparing proposals, presentations, responding to customer requests, supporting quality issues, tc.) Stakeholder Management and Communication: 80Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, external partners, and customers regarding NPI initiatives. 80Communicate project status updates, key milestones, and performance metrics to senior management and executive leadership. 80Foster strong relationships across departments to drive collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives.
