工作职责:
Primary (70%):
1. deploy and continuously improve RB automation system
2. manage line supervisors and operation technicians
3. manage production line to ensure a safe and high quality standard with meeting outputs goal


Secondary (30%):
1. Communicate and coordinate with other departments
任职资格:
1. Over 10 year experience in Semiconductor manufacturing industry, have knowledge on Litho/Etch/CVD/Metrology. Experience with color filter and micro lens will be a plus.
2. Exhibit good and open communication skills, be able to work within cross-functional teams.
3. Fluent in English.
