- In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the quality strategy for a local organizational unit, including quality culture, systems, tools, and competent teams with the aim to achieve and exceed customer expectations, while ensuring sustainable operations. Each day, you will assist the organization in achieving the right mix of prevention, continuous improvement, robust root cause analysis, quick response, and sustainable solutions to problems. You will also showcase your expertise by collaborating with local functions that impact the quality results to reach the targets for the organizational unit and aim for world-class performance. - - You will be mainly accountable for: - ● Non-Conforming Product Handling Support . Assist in root cause analysis of defective products, categorize non-conforming items, and document findings. Track and validate corrective actions for quality issues; support improvement report drafting. Participate in non-conforming product review meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items. - ● Quality Reporting & Documentation. Support preparation of product quality reports, including defect rate trends and inspection data analysis. Maintain and update quality-related documents (e.g., inspection standards, process guidelines). Assist in data compilation and analysis for customer complaints or product returns. - ● Inspection & Process Support. Assist in incoming, in-process, or final product inspections through sampling and testing. Conduct quality audits, record deviations, and escalate issues to engineers. Support basic quality tool applications (e.g., SPC data entry, Pareto chart creation). - ● Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate with production, engineering, and other teams to resolve quality issues. Contribute to quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- ● Bachelor’s or master’s degree student in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering). - ● good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English. - ● Have good communication skills, organization and coordination skills and sense of teamwork. - ● Familiar with various office software, Power BI/Auto Cad is preferred; experience in quality inspection tools (such as calipers, dial gauges). - ● Careful, responsible, able to adapt to the manufacturing environment.
