Job Description: 1. Responsible for the communication, liaison, follow-up and service work of the company's overseas customers; 2. Understand the product export process and order delivery system, follow up the project schedule and delivery schedule, and ensure the smooth execution and delivery of projects and orders; 3. Statistical analysis of market sales data and overall planning; 4. Maintain and improve customer relationships, handle customer complaints and problems; 5. Occasionally accompany the company's senior management to visit overseas customers (France, Italy, Poland, Morocco, Brazil, etc.); 6. Work location in Shanghai, Temporary work from home untill Shanghai branch established.
Job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of work experience, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, need to directly connect with overseas customers, and those with French proficiency are preferred; 2. Automotive industry work experience in communicating with overseas customers; 3. Understand the procurement policies and processes of overseas vehicle manufacturers; 4. Those with work experience in the automotive electronics and electrical industry are preferred.
