To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an [NPI Coordinator] located in [Jiading, Shanghai].

To contribute to the overall material supply control in NPI project of the company by establishing supply chain definition together with Project Manager (PjM), Project Sourcing Manager (PSM) and R&D etc.
Responsible for Supply Chain readiness according to customer demands. Communicate with the project and the line organization.

What a typical day looks like:
61 To drive supply chain definition in the project of NPI project.
61 To support SQAP implementation in the project phase.
61 To get risky component list, e.g. long lead time, license control, special flow preparation and share to SCM Purchasing, PjM and PSM.
61 To involve in communication forum for long lead time component review.
61 To cooperate with PSM/Purchaser and provide supplier involvement information together with project information to related functions.
61 To work with PSM for supplier information and share to Purchaser/PjM.
61 To shares project information and updates with SQEs.
61 Maintain and ensure project unique part list.
61 To draft risk ordering proposal to stakeholder for long lead time components.
61 To work with PSM and R&D for supplier involvement and selection decision.
61 To provide project unique part list to PjM/PSM/Purchaser and response project unique material supplier preparation status, e.g. SQAP, and supplier capacity.
61 To review project material constrains & risks in the project material review weekly meeting, escalate to PjM for actions and share updated information to the project team.
61 To report supplier NPI preparation & risk.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
61 University degree or equivalent.
61 Good knowledge and minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or supplier management.
61 Fluent in English both in written and verbal.
61 Good communication and negotiation skills.

Here are a few of our preferred experiences:
61 Good knowledge of telecom products and Ericsson networks.
