物料专员（物料配套与产线供料方向，精益/看板管理）
Accountabilities/主要职责:
1. 管理端到端物料配套流程，确保产线组件包准确准时备料。
- Manage end-to-end material kitting processes to ensure accurate and timely preparation of component kits for assembly lines.
2. 运用看板系统监控库存、补料并维持生产区域零件流畅供应。
- Utilize **Kanban systems** to monitor inventory levels, replenish materials, and maintain seamless flow of parts to production areas.
3. 协同生产计划、采购及仓储团队，将配套计划与精益生产流程对齐。
- Collaborate with production planners, procurement, and warehouse teams to align kitting schedules with lean manufacturing workflows.
4. 通过精益原则消除浪费、优化物料处理并缩短产线供料周期。
- Implement **Lean principles** to eliminate waste, optimize material handling, and reduce lead times in line-feeding operations.
5. 每日审核配套物料质量、准确性及BOM（物料清单）合规性。
- Conduct daily audits of kitted materials to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with BOMs (Bill of Materials).
6. 解决供应链中断问题（如短缺、延迟），及时上报以保障准时制(JIT)交付。
- Troubleshoot supply chain disruptions (e.g., shortages, delays) and escalate issues to maintain JIT (Just-in-Time) delivery.
7. 维护可视化工具（如看板卡片、数字看板）追踪物料消耗与补货信号。
- Maintain visual management tools (e.g., Kanban cards, digital dashboards) to track material consumption and replenishment signals.
Requirements：
1. 5年以上物流、供应链或物料管理经验，制造业或装配环境背景优先。
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials management, preferably in **manufacturing or assembly environments**.
2. 精通精益方法（5S、持续改善、价值流映射），具备看板系统实操经验。
- Proficiency in **Lean methodologies** (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping) and hands-on experience with **Kanban systems**.
3. 组织能力强，注重细节以确保精准配套与库存准确性。
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for precise kitting and inventory accuracy.
4. 熟悉ERP/MRP系统（如SAP、Oracle）及数据分析工具（Excel、Power BI）。
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
5. 适应快节奏环境，灵活应对生产优先级变化。
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting production priorities.
6. 拥有精益六西格玛或供应链认证（如APICS）者优先。
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or supply chain management (e.g., APICS) is a plus.
