POSITION OBJECTIVE:
1. Lead air treatment new product development includes refrigerant dryer, desiccant dryer and filter product.
2. Foster exceptional team on air treatment technology, project execution and air treatment related applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manage all AT (air treatment) new product development to make sure project QDC.
2. Lead technical review and analysis during product design and development.
3. Design, simulate and test product, major subsystems and components on AT product.
4. Tracking on advanced technology, application and solution utilized on AT products.
5. Manage NPD engineering team to ensure projects execution and technology skill development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least 5 years’ working experience or above in mechanical or system design work on refrigerant system, desiccant system or filter system.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in refrigerant engineering, mechanical engineering or process equipment and control engineering.
3. Skillful for new product development process.
4. Good reading/write skill in English. Be able to communicate with oral English.
5. Prefer to have design experience on Refrigerant system or desiccant dryer or systems.
