Key Responsibilities 85 Product operation and support: - Assist in Product team daily operation,including system configuration,document feature updates,internal wikis maintenance (e.g., Confluence). - Support product competitor research and analyze the results for internal insights. - Support team to define and measure & evaluate product features usage 85 Product maintenance and enhancement - Own part of existing basic backend products capability of KERRY Common Platform, handle these product enhancements design and lifecycle management. - Work closely with development/QA/designer team to make sure new features delivered smoothly. - Handle the product UX design and user story management -Work closely with the site TI team to coordinate the product training and business requirement communication and analysis.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system management or related field. Experience: 1–2 years Product management, 3+years in in IT BA analytics roles. Skills: - Experience in UX design,familiar with design tools like Axure, Figma. - Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Familiar with related tools like Jira,confluence - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Analytical mindset (SQL basics ,BI tools like Tableau/BI report).
