Johnsonville China is seeking an associate level marketing communications manager to help us develop retail-focused campaigns for our house of brands, including Johnsonville and other sub-brands. This person will support the master brand campaign by executing on-strategy plans that drive sales in an omni-channel retail environment. The perfect candidate for this role is a curious, organized digital native with experience developing effective marketing campaigns. This role resides in the China Retail Business unit, within the marketing communications team.
Responsibilities: 1.Plan, develop and execute marketing communications campaigns in digital and retail environment 2.Work on behalf of the brand management team’s brief, proactively recommending ways to achieve their strategic goals, primarily with our biggest customers 3.Collaborate within the marketing communications team to connect the dots between master brand campaign, earned media and retail 4.Support strategically important retailers across multiple Johnsonville sales regions 5.Work with external agency partners as needed to execute campaigns 6.Evaluate program performance to replicate successes and optimize spend 7.Prioritize resources and manage program budgets
Education: 1.Bachelors’ Degree Required
Experience: 1.4-6 years of experience in executing business-driving communications programs 2.Prior experience working in food or consumer packaged goods, ideally in a retail marketing environment 3.Experience with retailer media networks and / or digital shelf content a plus, but not required Skills and Competencies: 1.Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills02 2.A basic understanding of integrated marketing tactics and how they work together to drive sales 3.Natural ability to build collaborative relationships across multiple disciplines and digital acumen 4.Understands a strategic brief, and how to apply the right tactics 5.A healthy curiosity for all things digital and it’s expanding role in how we shop 6.Not afraid to share ideas 7.Comfortable questioning, testing and learning on a consistent basis
