职位描述
Position Summary:
The Sales Management Trainee is a critical role in our company’s growth strategy. This position is designed for ambitious talents who aspire to grow into sales managers, driving market expansion and customer success in the flavor /fragrance industry.


Job Responsibilities:
New Business Development
- Proactively identify, qualify, and acquire new customers across food & beverage, personal care, and home care industries.
- Develop strategic sales pipelines through market research, cold outreach, and networking at industry events.

Key Account Growth
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing strategic accounts, ensuring retention and revenue growth.
-Develop new customers and find new opportunities
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with procurement teams while protecting margins.
-Achieve the sales turnover

Project & Market Intelligence
- Collaborate with R&D to translate technical capabilities into commercial wins.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging market trends to inform product strategy.
- Prepare customer-specific presentations and sales collateral with technical support teams.

Qualifications & Competencies:

Core Requirements:
- Master’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, food science or related major.
- 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates with internship experience welcome).

Commercial Skills:
- Proven ability to prospect and close new business (academic/ internship examples acceptable).
- Ability to ask probing questions and tailor solutions.

Leadership Potential:
- Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
- Proactive ownership: Takes initiative beyond assigned tasks.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, KPI-driven environment.

Language:
- Good command of English, both spoken and written. (additional European languages will be a plus).
