角色职责 Role Responsibility

1. 根据主管确定的年度工作目标和要求，制订本岗位工作计划，并有效贯彻实施；

Make working plans according to the annual working plan made by the supervisor and effectively implement plans and fulfill objectives.

2 根据项目计划，分析客户需求，制定软件释放内容及计划，监控软件开发计划。

Develop SW release content plan according to the project’s milestone and customer requirement. Monitor the software development plan.

3 作为开发团队与客户之间的接口，分析客户需求，确定电子电气接口，通信，诊断等技术细节。

Analyze customer’s requirements, develop communication, diagnostic requirement and E&E technical solution as a Windows person between customer and SW development team.

4 负责内部资源协调，制定软件集成计划，HiL测试计划，软件释放计划，协助TPL制定系统释放计划。

Coordinate internal resources; develop software integration, HiL test, SW release plan. Support technical project leader develop safety release plan.

5 编制软件释放文档。

SW release/approval documentation

6 软件需求管理，及变更管理，变更影响分析。

SW requirements management, change request management, change request impact analysis.

7 项目开发过程中问题报告及初步分析，支持测试团队进行问题定位和根本原因分析。

Problem report and pre-analysis, support EE test team to find the root cause.

8 支持其他部门完成产品的生产，以及质量问题的分析。

Support other department for the production and quality issue analysis

9 对本岗位相关的各项工作进行持续改善；

Carry out job improvement continuously.

10 遵守法律法规，遵守并执行公司各项规章制度；

Comply with laws, regulations and company regulations.

11 遵循公司质量和环保方针，遵守公司质量和环保手册，确保质量，做好本岗位污染预防和控制工作；

资质要求 Qualification Requirements

1. 大学本科学历

Bachelor degree

2. 车辆工程/电气工程/控制工程/自动化/机械电子工程等相关专业

Major in Vehicle Engineering/ Electrical Engineering/

Control Engineering/Automation/ Mechatronic Engineering, etc.

3. 熟知软件开发流程

Knowledge of SW Process

4. 熟知IS0 26262和ASPICE标准

Knowledge of ISO26262 and ASPICE

5. 一年以上软件开发或项目管理工作经历

1 years above SW Developer or SWPL working experience

6. 英语 English
