Main Responsibilities 主要职责

1. To coordinate all laboratory work with core competence in resin technology for construction industry. 用核心的具有竞争力的建筑行业树脂基技术来协助所有实验室工作。
2. As project leader, Independently develop new products in the field of coating products for applications according to external customer requirements and internal *** procedure. 作为项目经理，根据外部客户需求和内部***流程独立开发涂料类新产品。
3. Independently gaining of know-how in the related chemical and technical fields (material science and mechanics). 独立获得相关化学和技术领域（材料科学和力学）的专业知识。
4. Upgrade formulation and ensure quick response to market requirement. 升级配方，并确保对市场需求的快速响应。
5. Maintain cost optimized formulation. 保持配方的成本优化。
6. Responsible for transferring new products/technologies to PE & operations team. Define new product QA requirements to ensure product quality and performance.负责将新产品/技术转移给生产工艺和运营团队。定义新产品的质检要求，以确保产品质量和性能。
7. To safe keep product formulations / information. 保证产品配方和信息的安全性。
8. Ensure good documentation of technical reports and project related documents according to the ***. 确保根据***对技术报告和项目相关文件进行良好的文档记录。
9. Ensure good internal communication and cooperation with the departments including production, quality, marketing, sales, technical service, and global resin RnD team. 确保与生产、质量、营销、销售、技术服务等部门和全球树脂基类研发团队的良好内部合作与交流。
10. Ensure good work environment with internal and external customers and suppliers. 确保与内部和外部客户和供应商的良好工作氛围。
11. Maintain assigned lab equipment in good operating condition. 维护实验室设备处于良好的运行状态。
12. Comply with company EHS & 5S policy. 遵守公司EHS和5S规定。

Requirements 岗位要求

1. Min. Master’s Degree in Polymer Material Science or equivalent field. 聚合物材料科学等相关专业，硕士以上学历。
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position in Research and Development into coating, including formulating in the lab and product scale-up. 至少2年涂料类技术产品研究、开发工作经验，包括实验室配方调整和产品工艺放大。
3. Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills. 较强的计划、组织和分析能力。
4. Experienced documentation retrieval skill. 熟练检索查阅中外文献资料的能力。
5. Good ability of compile technical report and article. 编写高质量技术报告的能力。
6. Possess project management skill. 具有研发项目的管理技能。
7. Effective written and oral communication in English and Chinese. 优秀的中英文书面和口头表达能力。
8. Good at computer. 熟练使用计算机。
