职位描述 协助上级开展拓展业务,独立沟通部分对外事宜,完全胜任对内沟通事宜 Assist superiors in business development, communicate independently on some external matters and be fully competent in internal communication matters
岗位职责 1、协助上级领导完成拓展业务 Assist supervisors to complete the expansion of business 协助跟进上级领导的拓展业务,处理好后续与商场和公司内部流程 Assist in following up on the expansion business of the supervisor and handle the follow-up with the mall and internal company processes 2、制定部门所需店铺信息文件 Develop store information documents required by the department 针对现有店铺所有信息进行定时数据及信息更新 Timely data and information update for all information of existing stores 3、独立谈判能力 Independent negotiation ability 某些时候需要自行独立与商场沟通谈判 Some times need to independently communicate with shopping malls and negotiate on their own 4、整理全国项目信息 Organize national project information 5、在各相关部门中做好协调工作 Coordinate well in all related departments 在公司各相关部门中起到协调沟通的中间人角色 Play the role of coordinating and communicating with the middleman in all related departments in the company"
任职要求 1.工作经验:2年及以上相关职业 two years and above related occupation
2.具备能力:善于沟通、团队协作、谈判能力Good at communication, teamwork, negotiation ability
3.专业技能要求:语言能力;熟悉全国商场分布及特点;熟悉公司相关的人事管理制度,熟悉基本的执行理论和方法;熟练掌握各项办公软件 Language skills; familiar with the distribution and characteristics of national shopping malls; familiar with the company's relevant personnel management system, familiar with the basic implementation theory and methods; proficient in all office software
