Responsibilities: 1. Maintain existing key accounts and develop new customers in assigned region to reach sales target. 2. Manage and monitor distribution channel activity and ensure distributors' business behavior in align with company's request, pricing strategy and business code. 3. Collect market information to explore new business opportunity and contribute to new application market development in coorperation with technical and marketing team. 4. Support Gr. Segment Sales Manager to make quarterly/yearly business target and strategy. Implement segment strategy and keep awareness of company's brand. 5. Value-selling and build up partnership with 3rd parties in the value chain.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree of chemical or material science related is preferred. 2. Above 8 years chemical sales experience preferably with multinational companies. Deep understanding of fiber/glass fiber composite with different binder and additives would be preferred. 3. 60% travel rate. 4. Good command of English.
