1.Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results. 2.Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. 3.Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. 4.Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors; 5.Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. 6.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. 7.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 8.Complete other work assigned by company. 任职要求: 1.Sales role experience in semi-conductor industry with proven track record of successful selling volume; 2.Good English communication skills. 3.Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing Expertise focused on digital image processing, high-speed signal transmission areas, such as TCON, Driver,Displayport, HDMI, DP, eDP, etc. 4.Mobile device architecture on cell phone, notebook and tablet is a plus. 5.Timing Controller, Driver IC and panel related knowledge is desirable. 6.Good main stream panel technology is preferred. 7.Good service conscious of customer is MUST.
