Your tasks and Job responsibilities: 1. Legal advice to the management and specialist departments of KST in legal matters, in particular in the areas of contract law, intellectual property, risk management and compliance (Important) 2. Evaluation of legal issues, including the identification of legally compliant and commercially viable solutions 3. Legal support for specialist departments in the implementation of new legal requirements (Important) 4. Independent review, drafting and negotiation of contracts with suppliers, customers and other business partners (Important) 5. Preparation and revision of legally relevant documents (e.g. general terms and conditions, non-disclosure agreements, etc.) 6. Independent coordination of legal projects 7. Management of and cooperation with the legal department in Germany, external service providers, consultants and law firms (Important) 8. Management and maintenance of properties 9. Training activities as part of the employee training program 10. Provide legal support for various affairs of the company and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to domestic and foreign procurement, sales affairs, human resources affairs, etc 11. Research domestic and necessary foreign laws and policies, conduct legal risk monitoring and compliance review of the company's business, and provide legal advice 12. Draft/review various contracts, agreements, policies, and regulations, and provide legal support for the company's domestic and international procurement, project negotiations, and other related matters when necessary 13. Handle company disputes and uphold the legitimate rights and interests of the company 14. Establish and improve the company's legal management system and legal risk control system 15. Responsible for managing external legal institutions, collaborating and supervising their work 16. Conduct research on domestic and international business environments, analyze legal risks, and organize training on laws, regulations, and policies
Your profile and Requirements : 1. Completed law studies with Bachelor of Law 2. Relevant professional experience in commercial and contract law, gained preferably in the legal department of an international industrial company or an international industry-oriented law firm 3. More than 10 years of legal work experience, preferably with work experience in manufacturing enterprises and law firms 4. Basic knowledge of the laws in Hong Kong and *** 5. In-depth knowledge of national (and international) contract law 6. Business fluent in written and spoken/listening English 7. Strong understanding of entrepreneurial and technical contexts 8. Structured and results-oriented way of working 9. Negotiating skills, ability to work in a team and communication skills 10. Assertiveness, flexibility, commitment and decisiveness 11.
