1. Evaluates sample measurements, construction, workmanship from proto , PP to TOP. 2. Provide technical advice and support to factories and merchandising team to achieve style requirement and aesthetics. 3. Provides technical control to vendor and factories to ensure standard and quality maintenance. 4. Check paper pattern, workmanship and construction for samples proving to vendor clear instructions on how to improve on samples. 5. Communicate with USA team for clarifications on any technical information.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3+ years experiences in practical garment manufacturing. 2. Experience with handle both kid's and Women's Knit & Woven wear. 3. Good technical knowledge in paper pattern, sewing techniques and size grading specification. 4. Good command of both written and spoken English. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded. 6. Proficiency in computer skill Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint. 7. Proficiency in pattern programs, computer spec writing such as Gerber, ET, Optitex, Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
